I’m Laura, I help people who are operating under constant pressure, often feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed. 

If you're feeling constantly switched on, mentally overloaded, anxious or close to burnout, my work is designed to help you feel calmer, clearer and more in control, without needed to completely slow down your whole life.

On the outside is may look like you're managing everything. Internally it can feel like constant pressure, tension and constantly feeling "switched on."

I know what its like to live under constant pressure. After experiencing burnout myself i now am passionate about helping others recognise the signs of stress earlier and learn practical ways to support themselves before it starts affecting their health, work or relationships. 

What’s actually happening
When the nervous system stays in a heightened state for too long, it affects:
*decision-making under pressure
*emotional regulation
*ability to switch off and recover
*consistency in execution

This is often experienced as:
*overthinking
*procrastination or avoidance
*mental fatigue
*feeling overwhelmed by simple decisions
*inconsistency in follow-through

*Irritable at people around you (even if you don't mean to.)
 

My approach is straightforward, supportive and focused on real-life results. No complicated wellness routines, just effective techniques that help you to reduce stress, improve recovery and hand pressure better day to day.

Using a combination of breathwork and somatic (body-based) techniques we shift how your system operates so you can think and perform more effectively under stress.

 

My work combines evidence-informed breathwork and somatic (body based) techniques, globally recognised qualifications and real world experience. I help you improve how your nervous system responds to pressure,  so you can think and perform more effectively under stress.

 

Everything within my programme is designed to be trackable, and fit into your schedule so that you notice real improvements in areas like stress levels, sleep, focus, recovery, emotional regulation and overall resilience over time.

I don't take a one-size fits all approach.

Instead, I assess how your nervous system is responding,  and give you practical and effective techniques that are sustainable in your schedule.

Instead of running on urgency, you can:

  • think clearly when life gets busy

  • make clear decisions without overthinking 

  • finish the day without feeling completely drained

  • feel steadier calmer and more capable under pressure.

  • switch off properly instead of carrying everything into your evenings
